Manlio Cinalli

Italian. Manlio Cinalli is a Researcher at the Centre for Political Research at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF) where his current research interests include multi-level governance and comparative European public policy. He has worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, and was a Jean Monnet Fellow at the European University Institute (Florence, Italy). He has done comparative work on ethno-nationalist conflict and political mobilisation and on immigration, ethnic relations, and social exclusion. He has authored and co-authored several research reports for the European Commission.
Dr Cinalli trained as a political scientist at the University of Florence, Italy, and at Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland, where he was awarded a PhD in Politics and International Relations.
